Sometimes, even if everything in your life seems under control, there are moments when something grasps you into its net of negativity. It can be conscious or subconscious. Things like unwanted or bad news, destructive criticism, frustration, over-stimulation with junk information, etc, can and will bring down your dopamine levels (while at the same time increase the production of cortisol), which will eventually bring down the levels of Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphins, and their corresponding receptor’s sensitivity to them.
